夕暮れの向日葵 | ソレイユの丘 | Sunflowers in the Evening | Soleil no Oka

こんにちは。

先日は、横須賀市長井町にあるソレイユの丘へ、向日葵を見に訪れました。

この日も朝から暑くて、あえて撮影は夕方の５時からスタートしました。

入り口をくぐると、すぐに向日葵畑が広がっています。

第一弾の花畑は７割ぐらいの花が枯れていて、第二弾の花畑はこれから咲く様子でした。

そのため、まだ元気そうな向日葵を探しながら、夕方の撮影を楽しみました。

どんな種類の向日葵が咲いているのかも、気になります。


まずは、元気な黄色い花の中で、一番目を引いた向日葵です。

薄い黄色の花で、とても爽やかに咲いていて、日の丸構図で花そのものが主張するように撮影してみました。

The other day, I visited Soleil no Oka in Nagai, Yokosuka, to see the sunflowers.

It was hot from early in the morning that day as well, so I deliberately started photographing around 5 p.m.

As soon as I walked through the arched entrance, a sunflower field spread out before me.

About 70% of the flowers in the first field had already withered, while the second field was just beginning to bloom.

So, I enjoyed photographing in the evening while looking for sunflowers that were still looking fresh and vibrant.

I’m also curious about the different varieties of sunflowers in bloom.


First, here is the sunflower that caught my eye the most among the vibrant yellow flowers.

Its pale yellow petals looked very refreshing, so I photographed it in a centered composition.

花畑の中を歩いていると、小さな向日葵がいくつか咲いていました。

その中の一つにフォーカスして、周りの枯れた向日葵と一緒に撮影しています。

うっすらと海も写り込んでいます。

As I walked through the flower field, I came across several small sunflowers.

There were also some withered sunflowers around them, and I focused on one of the small flowers.

The sea is faintly visible in the background.

時間帯もあって、逆光気味になりやすかったため、あえて活かして撮影してみました。

蕾から花が開き始めたばかりの向日葵です。

完全に開いている花とは違い、どこか象徴的な印象があります。

Because of the time of day, the flowers were often backlit, so I decided to make use of it in my photography.

This sunflower had just begun to open from a bud.

Unlike a fully opened flower, it has a somewhat symbolic quality.

大きめの花を探していると、花びらが内側を向いている向日葵がありました。

茎もしっかりしていて、元気な黄色い花です。

一番「向日葵」という感じがする花でした。

While looking for a larger flower, I found a sunflower that was already in bloom, with its petals still facing inward.

Its stem was sturdy, and the flower was a vibrant yellow.

It felt like the most quintessential sunflower to me.

こちらは向日葵っぽさはあまりありませんが、背景と相まって、明るく爽やかに撮れました。

This sunflower doesn’t look much like a typical sunflower, but the bright background gives the image a refreshing feel.

向日葵の撮影は、汗だくになりながらも、季節の花を楽しむことができました。

第二弾の向日葵もこれから咲き始めるため、８月いっぱいは十分に鑑賞できると思います。

Although I was covered in sweat while photographing the sunflowers, I still enjoyed the seasonal flowers.

The next batch of sunflowers will also begin blooming soon, so I think there will be plenty to enjoy throughout August.
