Cafe Pavilion | Nicolai Bergmann Hakone Gardens
Hello.
I’ve arrived at another pavilion next to the Cafe Pavilion.
This time, instead of photographing the entire space, I focused on capturing details of the displays that caught my attention.
The first thing that caught my eye was a display featuring thick vines intricately intertwined, forming what looked like a single sculptural object.

Nearby, a pale orange pumpkin is also on display.

I tried filling the frame with hydrangeas and a variety of other plants.

Small persimmons, Chinese lantern plants, and other autumn-inspired plants are on display, creating a space where visitors can enjoy the natural colors of the season.

Rather than featuring a large number of pumpkins, this pavilion was designed to let visitors experience the beauty of autumn nature throughout the entire space.
There were other pavilions as well, but I later realized that I had missed some of them, so I wasn’t able to introduce them in this blog.
If I have another opportunity to visit Nicolai Bergmann Hakone Gardens, I would definitely like to explore the pavilions I missed this time.
The next post will be the final one in this series. Instead of a pavilion, I’ll be introducing the pumpkins and plants I came across at the Marketplace.
See you in the next post.
