旧近衛師団司令部庁舎の外観 | 東京建築祭 | Tokyo Architectural Festival

前回の東京建築祭では、東京藝術大学内に建つ赤レンガ１号館と２号館を撮影してきました。

電車で移動して現地に到着すると、内部見学には長蛇の列ができており、前回よりもさらに待ち時間が長そうだったため、今回も内部見学は断念しました。

今回の建築祭の中でも特に気になっていた建築物だったので、内部を見学できなかったのは少し残念です。

今回も外観のみの撮影になってしまい、建物全体を思った以上に撮影することができませんでした。

そのため、今回ご紹介するのは外観の一部分になりますが、実際の建物はとても大きく立派なので、機会があればぜひ現地で見ていただきたい建築物です。


まずは、建物の側面にあるドアを撮影してみました。煉瓦造りという点では、前回ご紹介した東京藝術大学の赤レンガ建築とも共通する部分があります。

In my previous visit to the Tokyo Architectural Festival, I photographed the Red Brick Buildings No. 1 and No. 2 located within Tokyo University of the Arts.

After arriving at the site by train, I found a long line for the interior tour. The waiting time seemed even longer than at the previous location, so I decided to skip the interior tour once again.

This was one of the buildings I was most interested in during the festival, so I was a little disappointed that I could not see the inside.

As with the previous building, I was only able to photograph the exterior, and capturing the entire structure turned out to be more difficult than I had expected.

As a result, this post features only a portion of the exterior. However, the building itself is very large and impressive, so if you have the opportunity, I highly recommend visiting it in person.


First, I photographed a door on the side of the building. Its brick construction is one feature it shares with the red brick buildings of Tokyo University of the Arts that I introduced previously.

建物正面前には多くの人が並んでいたため、建物全体を撮影することが難しく、今回は比較的上部の方を撮影してみました。

Many people were lined up in front of the building, making it difficult to photograph the entire structure, so this time I focused on capturing its upper section.

ここまで来て、内部見学を断念せざるを得ない状況になるとは思っていなかったので、予定通りに３ヶ所目へ向かうか一瞬迷いましたが、そのまま向かうことにしました。

外観見学は決まった曜日と時間帯にできるようなので、気になった方はぜひ訪れてみてください。

I hadn’t expected to find myself in a situation where I would have to give up on the interior tour after coming all this way, so I briefly wondered whether to continue on to the third location as planned. In the end, I decided to keep going.

It seems that exterior viewing is available on specific days and during certain hours, so if you are interested, I encourage you to visit.
