先日、ぼたん庭園のブログの最後にご紹介した、牡丹のポストカードです。

These are the peony postcards that I introduced at the end of my recent blog about the peony garden.

紫と白の牡丹を、それぞれポストカードとして制作しました。

紫の牡丹は、少し実験的な表現を意識して撮影しています。
白の牡丹は、自然の中で静かに咲く姿をそのまま写しています。

雰囲気の異なる２種類をご用意しましたので、お好みに合わせてお選びいただけます。

牡丹の花言葉には、「高貴」「壮麗」「王者の風格」「恥じらい」「人見知り」「誠実」「思いやり」などがあります。

お祝いにも贈りやすい花として知られており、母の日のメッセージカードとしてはもちろん、そのまま飾れる小さな贈り物としてもおすすめです。

I created two peony postcards, featuring purple and white peonies respectively.

The purple peony was photographed with a slightly experimental approach in mind.
The white peony captures the quiet beauty of the flower blooming naturally in its surroundings.

As the two postcards each have a different atmosphere, you can choose the one that best suits your preference.

The language of peonies includes meanings such as “nobility,” “grandeur,” “dignity,” “shyness,” “modesty,” “sincerity,” and “compassion.”

Peonies are also known as flowers suitable for celebrations, making these postcards ideal as Mother’s Day message cards or as small gifts that can also be displayed as decor.

They can also be used as postcards to send to family members or loved ones living far away.
